How to submit business to Heritable Bank Mortgages

Intermediaries can submit applications to Heritable Bank Mortgages either direct to us or through one of our packager partnerships.

DIRECTLY AUTHORISED FIRMS

If your firm is Directly Authorised you may submit your business to us either:

• Via one of our packager partners
• Direct to us

UNREGULATED FIRMS (Firms that are not regulated by the FSA)

We cannot accept business from Unregulated Firms unless you are members of the NACFB. If your firm is a member of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) we can only accept unregulated Buy to Let applications.

• Once registered with us please submit cases in the same way as directly authorised firms.

APPOINTED REPRESENTATIVE FIRMS

If your firm is an Appointed Representative – you may submit your business to us either

• Direct - We are on the panel of most of the major mortgage networks
• Via one of our packager partners, but only if they are on your lenders panel in their own right
